Refund & Cancellation Policy

MEDIUM SMALL & MICRO ENTERPRISES Udyog Foundation believes in transparency and fairness in all transactions. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be considered.

Refund Policy – Participation Based

• If a participation does not qualify during the evaluation process, the applicable participation fee will be refunded in full (100%) within 30 working days from the date of official communication.
• Once the participation is successfully evaluated, approved, and the participation slot is confirmed, the fee shall be considered as a participation fee and will be non-refundable, as administrative, evaluation, and promotional activities would have been initiated.
• In case a nominee voluntarily withdraws or decides not to participate after confirmation, no refund shall be applicable.
• In the event of postponement or rescheduling of the ceremony, the participation shall remain valid for the revised date, and no refund will be processed on this basis.
• All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only, subject to verification and approval.
• The organization will initiate eligible refunds within the defined timeline; however, the actual credit timeline may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateway processing cycles.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of payment
• No cancellation after service initiation or document processing
• Requests must be sent via email with payment details and reason

Refund Policy

• Eligible Refund For Duplicate payment for the same service
• Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical error
• No refunds once services are initiated or delivered
• Government & gateway charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

• Processed within 15-30 business days
• Credited via original payment method through Razorpay
